I’ve worked 15+ years in product design. Out of this experience, I've learned there's no one-size-fits-all approach to creating good products. Instead, there are patterns. The best work happens when teams pay close attention to small details — the building blocks of experience — and shape systems together that balance business goals, customer needs, UX patterns to leverage and push against, constraints, and an openness to discovery. It's where evidence-based solutions are pressure-tested against the real world.
AI has made iteration fast and inexpensive, collapsing the distance between ideas and reviewable artifacts. It’s turned systems thinking into not only a shared process, but a product requirement.
I’ve led design from 0 to 1 at startups like Cubby and Observe, as the founding designer at Lido, and at Google, Compass, and frog. I work close to shipping, with AI woven into every part of my process.
